Kendall Tenney's 5K 'Run for a Wish' is slated for February 4 at 9 a.m. The 5k and one mile fun walk will feature activities for the whole family and a post-event awards ceremony. All proceeds from the event benefit the Southern Nevada chapter of the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Its mission is to grant the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions to enrich the human experience with hope, strength, and joy. Fulfilling a child's wish provides a joyful and meaningful experience that benefits both the child and the family. |
