At Sephora, we believe in the beauty of diversity and the diversification of the beauty industry. The Sephora Scholarship Program was created to EMPOWER students of diverse backgrounds with an emphasis on underrepresented students pursuing a licensed career in beauty through professional training and education. This 6-month program provides participants with tuition support for cosmetology and esthetician school in addition to the benefits listed.
